Who we are

SiVi ("we", "us") provides web design, SEO and Google Ads services. We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website. What we collect

When you contact us by the form, email, phone or WhatsApp we collect what you give us: usually your name, business name or type, email and/or phone number, the service you're interested in and your message.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote and, if you become a client, deliver our services. Our lawful basis is your consent and/or taking steps at your request before entering a contract (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Enquiry form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, which handles the form and delivers your submission to our email inbox (Google Gmail). We don't otherwise share your information except with services we use to communicate and operate (for example our email provider, or WhatsApp if you message us there, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy), or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months, including the copy stored in our Netlify form dashboard. Client records are kept for as long as needed for the contract and legal/accounting obligations (typically 6 years).

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics. If we add analytics in future, we'll ask for your consent first and update this policy.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.
